Un piso reformado con iluminación extra Con dos ambientes Este piso de 65 m 2 , ubicado en un edificio de 1.865 de un céntrico y castizo barrio de Madrid, comienza una nueva etapa después de la reforma del arquitecto e interiorista Eduardo Herrero Borrell, al frente del estudio de arquitectura, diseño y rehabilitación Herrero Architect & Partners. Su estado original era casi ruinoso, con una distribución muy compartimentada, varios cuartos interiores, techos abombados, suelos y paredes inclinadas, además de una estructura muy dañada debido a las humedades y a la acción de las termitas.
